General Introduction of Rotary Drum Sieve:
Rotary Drum Sieve also is known as Rotary Drum Screen which is new type screening machine with large processing capacity. Rotary Drum Sieve is suitable for screening the cassava chips, wood chips, grain,corn cob, etc.
Rotary Drum Sieve can be widely used for the material sieving in the field of metallurgical, chemical, food, forage and fertilizer, etc.
The impurity comes out from the inlet of rotary drum sieve, and the product comes out from the outlet of rotary drum sieve.

Structure and Working Principle of Rotary Drum Sieve:
Inside the rotary drum sieve, there is drum sieve device, and on the drum sieve device there is bidirectional pushing spiral device. On the outlet end of the rotary drum sieve there is outlet cover device.
On the body of rotary drum sieve there is 2 sets of big rolling ring. Rolling ring is put on 4 sets of carrier rollers, and forms a whole with the large frame. Electromagnetic speed regulating motor drives the reduction gear box to rotate, and the small gear of reduction gear box drives the big gear of the rotary drum sieve to rotate, and then the rotary drum sieve will rotate accordingly.
The rotation speed of the rotary drum sieve can be adjusted by the speed meter on the electric control panel as need.
After sieving, the product comes out from the outlet and to be tranported away by the outlet belt conveyor, the impurity comes out from the inlet end of the rotary drum sieve, and then can use belt conveyor or other suitable device to take away the impurity accordingly.
Work Flow of Rotary Drum Sieve:
Raw Material --> Feeding --> Sieving --> Product trasportation --> Induced Draft fan and ducting System --> Exhaust Air Treatment System .
