Glass crusher also is named glass bottle crusher. Glass crusher are mainly used for crushing waste glass such as glass bottle, beer bottle, wine bottle, etc. The output size of glass crusher can be smaller than 5mm.
Glass Crusher (Glass Bottle Crusher) Working Principle:
On the center shaft of the glass crusher, there are many hammers. When the glass bottle crusher is working, the motor makes the center shaft rotate in high speed. As a result, the hammers also are rotating in high speed.
The glass bottles are crushed into small pieces by the high speed rotating hammers.
On the bottom of the glass bottle crusher, there is one half-round sieve on which there are many holes. Only the glass pieces which is smaller than the holes can go through the holes. The glass pieces which are bigger than the holes will be crushed by the hammers again.
After being crushed by the glass crusher, the glass pieces can be smaller than 5mm, and it is suitable for storage and transportation.
