Fireproof Wood Shavings Dryer Machine Adopts Clean Hot Air Drying Mode

By wood shaving mill, the wood shavings is made from the logs. For different seasons, the moisture content of wood is different.  In dry season, the wood moisture content is lower and around 30%-40%; in the rainy season, the wood moisture content is higher and around 50%-60%.  The dry wood shavings is ideal for poultry farm and horses, etc.

Wood Shavings dryer adopts high temperature drying methods, and the temperature near the drier inlet end is up to about 250-300 centigrades. It is continuous drying process: wet wood shavings is passing through the dryers cylinder continuously, and the drying time is around 25 minutes, then the dried wood shavings leaves the dryer drum and to be taked away by the following belt conveyor.

For the customers of wood shaving dryers, usually they have much waste wood. It is economical to use waste wood as fuel which can help to save much cost.  

If we use the stove to burn waste wood and generate hot flue gas, then use hot flue gas to contact and heat wet wood shavings, especially in the dry season the moisture content of wet wood shavings is around 30-40%, in this case, there is possibility to cause fire inside the dryers.

Then how to avoid the fire issuses ?
