Sawdust Drying Equipment

For Sawdust drying equipment, the key equipment is rotary sawdust dryer, and it is developed on the base of rotary drum dryer.

Sawdust drying equipments are used for drying the sawdust in bulk to get rid of the moisture inside the sawdust.  Rotary Sawdust Dryer can be used to deal with wet sawdust with moisture content up to 40%-50%, and it can reduce the moisture content to be less than 15% or as need.

After being dried by sawdust dryer machine, the dried sawdust can be used as raw material to produce biomass pellet, compressed wood board，etc.

Sawdust drying plant consists of belt conveyor or screw conveyor, hopper, sawdust dryer, burner, hot air furnace, belt conveyor, air duct tube, high pressure draft fan, etc.

Sawdust Dryer Features:

● High drying intensity: since the material is highly dispersed in the gas stream. The entire surface area of the particles is entire effective area of the particles for drying.

● Short drying time, within about 20-25 minutes, can get the dried sawdust.

● Simple and compact structure, small floor area needed, convenient installation and maintenance.

● Large drying capacity, high heat efficiency can be more than 70% when it is free water.
