Silica Sand Dryer Machine

Silica sand dryer machine can reduce the humidity of silica sand to be less than 1% continuously and quickly, and it is used for dry the silica sand in bulk production. 

As the moisture of silica sand is surface water, then in order to enhance the heat efficiency and processing capacity, we need to increase the contact area between silica sand and hot air as much as possible. Our triple-pass drum silica sand dryer machine achieves this aim perfectly. For one time drying, the silica sand dryer machine can dry the silica sand to be below moisture 1% directly.

The capacity of Sunco Machinery silica sand dryer machine can be 50 t/h per set. The fuel for the silica sand dryer can  be coal, diesel, natural gas, biomass fuel , etc.  The clients can select the most economical fuel as actual need.
