Entry Temperature and exit temperature of wood shavings dryer

For different type of wood shavings dryer, the entry temperature and exit temperature is also different. Here we will explain about our new design wood shavings dryer. 

For Sunco new design wood shavings dryer, we developed one new type hot air furnace. This type hot air furnace is suitable for cracked wood shavings and waste wood.

During the production of the wood shavings, some cracked wood shavings will be selected out by one drum sieve. We can use the cracked wood shavings and waste wood together as the fuel for the wood shavings dryer system.

The drying temperature of the hot air furnace on entry to the rotary drier is about 300-400℃. 

The temperature of the dried wood shavings when it exits the cyclone is about 75-80℃.

After being dried by wood shaving dryer, the output moisture content of wood shavings is about 13%-15% or as need.
