Processing capacity 5 t/h wood shavings dryer system includes 2.2x20m rotary dryer, belt conveyor, draft fan, hot air furnace, natural gas burner, cyclone dust collector, chimney, air duct tube, etc.

1. Wood Shavings Dryer is one rotary dryer with diameter 2.2m, length 20m.

2. There are two draft fan for the hot air furnace.

3. There is one draft fan for the water vapour.

4. There are two belt conveyor for transporting the wet wood shavings.

5. There are two discharge feeder for transporting the wet wood shavings into the wood shavings dryer.

6. Natural gas burner and hot air furnace supply the hot air for the wood shavings dryer.

For the 5 t/h wood shavings dryer system , total electricity consumption per hour is 76kw.h per hour.
