Rotary sand dryer with high heat efficiency

New type rotary sand dryer designed by Sunco Machinery is with higher heat efficiency than the normal sand dryer.

The new type rotary sand dryer is designed on the base of single layer rotary dryer, and its evaporation intensity is 1.5 times of the traditional single layer dryer. 

New type rotary sand dryer has the features as below:

● There are many small independent working cabins in the cylinder of the sand dryer, and each working cabin can evaporate 100kg water.  As a result, much more sand can goes into the drying chamber, and has much more actual drying area, and much higher heat efficiency.

The small woking cabins are evenly in the left, right, rear, front, middle of the cylinder, and the every part' weight of the cylinder is evenly.

●  The silica sand can be dried several times in the cylinder, and the drying time in the cylinder is much more increased. The actual drying length is several times of the lenght of the cylinder, thus new type silica sand dryer save much floor area for the clients.
