Stationary Sand Dryer

Sand Dryer mainly has two types: Stationary Sand Dryer and Portable Sand Dryer. Usually rotary sand dryer is stationary in the market.

Stationary sand dryer has single drum sand dryer, double drum sand dryer, triple drum sand dryer. The clients can select the most suitable sand dryer according to the actual situation.

Stationary Sand Dryer Machine has the below features :

1. New type triple pass rotary drum dryer, three drum connect with each other, and realize self-insulation layer ;

2. Inner temperature is 400℃-500℃, discharging temperature <= 60 ℃, can send into storage room directly, and no need cool device;

3. Made of wear resistant manganese plate, 3 to 4 times more hardwearing than ordinary steel plate ;

4. 1/3 of the single drum dryer's coal consumption,  power saving 30%, standard coal consumption per ton dried sand < 16 kg.
