Poultry Manure Drying Machine

Poultry Manure Drying Machine is developed on the base of rotary drum dryer, and it is optimized for drying high humidity poultry manure quickly. Not only it can be used for drying fresh chicken manure with M.C up to about 75%, but also it can be used for drying fermented chicken manure with moisture content about 40%-50%.

After being dried by Chicken Manure Dryer, the moisture content of the chicken manure can be less than 13% or as need. The dried chicken manure can be used as organic fertilizer, or pid feed.  If the client want to further make the dried manure into pellet, then the pellet mill is necessary.

The less than 13% humidity chicken manure is very good organic fertilizer for the vegatable and plants. What is more, the dried chicken manure contains many nutritions, and it is very good animal feed for the pig, fish,etc.

The poultry manure drying machine mainly includes screw conveyor, hot air furnace, chicken manure dryer, air duct tube, chimney, deodorization tower, belt conveyor, electric control box, etc.
