High Production Efficiency Sawdust Drying Plant

Sawdust Drying Plant by Sunco Machinery is with high production efficiency, and its capacity can be up to 5 tons per hour or as need. Sawdust drying plant mainly includes sawdust dryer, belt conveyor, burner, hot air furnace, electric control cabinet, dust removal device, etc.

Sawdust Drying plant workflow is as below:

▋ Hot air furnace supply the hot air for the sawdust drying plant. The fuel for the hot air furnace can be waste wood, wood chips, sawdust, etc, and the customers can choose the suitable fuel according to the actual situation.

▋ Belt Conveyor sends the sawdust into the sawdust dryer.

▋ Sawdust dryer main part is one big drum which supply the drying chamber and water evaporation space for the drying process. 

▋ Induced draft fan sucks out the water vapour out of the wood sawdust dryer in time.

▋ Output belt conveyor takes the dried sawdust from the dryers.

▋ Electric control cabinet is used to control all the motors in the sawdust drying plant. 

For one successful unit of sawdust drying machine, except the sawdust dryer with reasonable design,  the cheap fuel also is very important.  The clients can select the most cheap fuel according to their local market, such as diesel, natural gas, coal, waste wood, sawdust, biomass pellet, etc.
