Hay Dryer for drying lucerne, oaten, and barley

Due to high humidity during the curing times,  the hay dryer machine is necessary to cut out drying time in the hay operation. Hay dryer is mainly used to dry lucerne hay, oaten hay, and barley hay, etc. 

If the weather is good, after the harvest, leave the hay on the land for one or two days, then its moisture will drop to about 50-60%. After that, then we use the hay dryer machine to heat and dry the hay, and reduce its moisture content down to 12-16% for safe storage in the hay storage shed. 

After being dried, considering the trasportation convenience, usually we make the dried hay into bales, then it can be transported by truck or containers easily.

Hay dryer is optimized on the base of rotary drum dryer, and it is also well known as alfalfa dryer machine.  The whole hay drying plant includes : Input belt conveyor, Output Belt Conveyor, burner and hot air furnace, rotary hay dryer, cyclone separator, induced fan, electric control cabinet, etc.
