Some questions on chicken manure dryer

1- Client: What is the fuel consumption in diesel burner per hour and how much quantity waste wood in kg is required for the manure drying machine per hour?

    Sunco: The fuel consumption is according to water evaporation quantity. Usually evaporate 1000kg water need 0.6 million kcal heat.

2- Client:  Is the dried manure from this chicken manure dryer machine a final product (organic fertilizer). What will be the N, P, K values of the dried manure?

   Sunco:  Yes, the dried manure can be used as organic fertilizer directly.

The nutrition content of the dried chicken manure is as follows: N: about 2.6%;  P: about 3.5%;  K; about 2.5%; Crude Protein: about 16-25%; Organic Matter: about 45%. 

3- Client: If this is not the final product, what is the further process to make organic fertilizer. Do you have the solution?

     Sunco: The dried chicken manure can be used as organic fertilizer direclty, and it is very good quality organic fertilizer.

4- Client: Does the dried manure have any kind of foul smell?

    Sunco: No. 

5- Client: Is this chicken manure drying machine is applicable for deep litter house manure where the manure is mixed with rice husk?

   Sunco: Yes. 

6- Client: Also we want to retail the organic fertilizer by packaging. Do you have packing solution of 5 and 25 kgs?
