Silica sand processing plant equipments

Silica sand processing plant equipments usually includes silica sand dryer, sand washing machine,  vibrating sieve, etc. Silica sand dryer mainly are used to dry the silica sand and get rid of most of the moisture, and get the dried quartz sand as need.

Silica sand processing plant work flow is :

01. Use belt conveyor to send the silica sand into silica sand washing machine to get rid of the dust inside the silica sand,

02. After being washed by the silica sand washing machine, the wet silica sand is sent into silica sand dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator,

03. The silica sand dryer dry the wet silica sand and get rid of most of the moisture inside the wet silica sand;

04. Then use one belt conveyor to feed the dried silica sand into vibrating sieve, then to be separated into different size ranges.

05. Finally we can use bagging machine to load the silica powder into bags, or mix the silica sand, cement, additives, etc, and produce the dry mortar.
