Question 1: The manure that we are collecting from the Farm is wet. Frankly, we are not sure about the percentage of initial moisture. But we are sure that it is wet. Now, I would like to know, will it affect the Drying Time? Will it take longer?

Reply:  It will affect some of the drying time, but not much.  Usually within around 25 minutes, then the water will be got rid of, and we can get the dried manure.

Question 2: Do we need to add some materials to the manure to make it less wet? Or no need? Can we directly just put the manure into the Chicken Manure Dryer?

Reply: No need. The fresh chicken manure can be directly fed into the chicken manure dryer. 

Question 3: The clients prefer a simple system of Drying the manure. Once manure is collected, load/put into the Chicken Manure Dryer then wait for the Drying.

Reply: Yes, it is one simple system for drying the manure, and the wet manure can be put into the chicken manure dryer for drying continuously. I attached one video for your reference.

Question 4: On the other hand, since we are planning to visit you. Which city is nearer to Zhengzhou City/Henan Province? Beijing or Shanghai ? We can take the high speed train going to Henan/Zhengshou City, right? How many hours is the travel time?  

Reply:  Beijing is some more near us.  

Our foreign trade office and factory are not located in the same area, and our factory is located in Weihui, Xinxiang City, Henan Province.

If by high speed train, from Beijing Railway Station to Xinxiangdong Railway Station, it takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes.  By car from Xinxiang Dong Railway Station to our factory, it takes about 30 minutes.

If by airplane, from Beijing Airport to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, it takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.  By car from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport to our factory, it takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

By High Speed Train or By Airplane both are ok.  

As now it is more and more near the big holiday of Chinese Spring Festival, many many people will by fast train in the travel. To make things simple and easy, I suggested that you may can take airplane to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport from Beijing or Shanghai.

Question 5: We hope we can see an actual Chicken Manure Dryer Machine and check how it works.

Reply: Near our factory right now there is not the dryer for drying chicken manure in working. 

There is our dryer system for drying high humidity vinasse mixed with corn bran to produce animal feed, and then we can together go to visit this dryer Machine.

The working principle of this dryer is same as the chicken manure dryer quoted to you, after you see this dryer, everything will be clear.
