Is it necessary to add dewatering machine for small capacity chicken manure dryer ?

By using manure dewatering machine, it can helps to reduce the manure moisture content to be about 60%. After that, then use the chicken manure dryer, not only the fuel consumption is some less, but also the dried manure production capacity is some more.

For small capaicty chicken manure dryer plant, it maybe not necessary to add manure dewatering machine.

Here we takes one client with small scale chicken farm as sample.

>>> As 3.6 tons to 4 tons a day on max terminal age, and every 2-3 days collect the manure one time.  It means that for 3 days, only can collect about 12 tons wet manure at the most. As a result, one small chicken manure dryer system is ok.

For Input Cpacity 1 t/h Chicken Manure Drying System, within about 12 hours, it can process and dry all these 12 tons wet manure collected every 3 days.

>>> Without dewatering machine, if directly use the chicken manure dryer to dry the wet manure 1 ton per hour, the biomass pellet consumption is about 110 kg per hour. You can directly feed wet manure into the chicken manure dryer, and then get the dried manure finally.  What is more, the land area needed also is less. 

>>> As it is one unit of small capacity chicken manure drying system, thus here we do not suggest to add the manure dewatering machine.  

The reasons are as follows:

1. The related cost will be more.

 2. You have to prepare one manure pool for the dewatering machine which is only suitable for liquid type manure. It means that you have to add water into the manure pool to dilute the manure. The manure pool would cause flies issuse and bad smell especially in hot weather.  What is more, you need to clean the manure pool periodically.  All these will cause the related cost.

3. The dewatering machine is to use screw device working together with screen to process and squeeze the wet manure so as to get rid of some water. Espeically for the screen which is wearing parts, and you would need to change new ones as actual need, and it also will case the related cost.
