How to select sand dryer ?

Nowdays, in the market there are many suppliers supply sand dryer. For the same capacity, the price and quality of the sand dryer is very different usually. 

Sand dryer is ideal for drying low humidity mineral material such as river sand, silica sand, slag, fly ash, etc. 

Then how to select the sand dryer with good work performance and reasonable price ? 

It is really a headache for the clients to decide and select the right and suitable sand dryer. One wrong decision not only make the clients to lose much money, but also cause the clients to waste much unnecessary time.

Is there some suggestion for the customers to make a better and right decision?

Firstly, the clients have to be clear about their demand as follows:

>>> What is the Intial moisture content (%) of the wet sand ?

>>> What is the needed final moisture content(%) of the dried sand ?

>>> What is the processing capacity (ton per hour) of the sand dryer ?

>>> What is the prefered Fuel for the hot air furnace such as diesel, natural gas, coal, waste wood, biomass pellet, etc ?

>>> What is Industrial Voltage and Current Frequency, such as in China it is 380V, 3 Phase, 50HZ ?

>>> What is the Local Environment Protection Laws , such as the requirement on the dust emission ?

Only the above question is clear, and then the clients can ask the suppliers to design and suggest the suitable sand dryer machine.

2. Find the right sand dryer supplier. 

Please always note that not all the suppliers has the technology and ability to design and manufacture the sand dryer machine.

If possible, please try to come to visit the factory to check the sand dryer by yourselves. Anyway for the sand dryer, usually it is not a small investment.

3. Go to visit the customer site of the sand dryer suppliers.

Make sure that the customer size is really the suppliers' customers. This is not difficult, usually on the sand dryer there is ID plate which show the name of the real manufacturers.

4. Try to contact 2 or 3 sand dryer suppliers, but not contact too much.

Too much choice means no choice.

5. Finish the deal at a resinable price, not too high, or avoid too low.

Especially when the price is too low, then the clients should be very careful.

6. Ask the sand dryer suppliers to give you the detailed operation manul, foundation map, technical drawing , etc.
