Wood Sawdust Drying Machine

Wood Sawdust Drying Machine is specially created for drying biomass material such as wood shavings, wood chips, wood sawdust, rice straw, alfalfa, etc. Sawdust dryer can help you to achieve continuous flow production line.

Wood Sawdust Drying Machine by Sunco Machinery mainly has two types: 

Type 1:  Rotary wood sawdust drying machine， and it is for large capacity with capacity more than 500kgs per hour sawdust drying project. It mainly consist of hot air furnace, rotary drum, cyclone dust separator,air duct tube, chimney, induced draft fan, etc.

Type 2:  Airflow wood sawdust drying machine, and it is for small capacity with capacity less than 500kgs per hour sawdust drying system. It is simple type air pipes dryer, as the sawdust drying time inside is rather less, thus not only its processing capacity is smaller, but also one time usually can not reduce the moisture content to the target.

Working Process of Rotary Wood Sawdust Drying Machine is as below :

1. Use belt conveyor or screw conveyor to send the wet wood sawdust into the wood sawdust drying machine.

2. Hot Air Furnace supply the hot flue gas for the wood sawdust drying machine.

3. Inside the sawdust dryer machine, the wet wood sawdust is mixed sufficiently with the hot flue gas. The moisture inside the wood sawdust is heated and become water vapour.

3. At the end of the rotary sawdust drying machine, there is one high pressure draft fan. Under the function of this high pressure draft fan,  the water vapour and wood sawdust is taken out of the wood sawdust drying machine. 

4. Then the water vapour and wood sawdust goes into the cyclone separator. Inside the cyclone separator, the water vapour is separated from the dried wood sawdust. The dried wood sawdust goes out through the bottom of the cyclone separator. The water vapour go into the atmosphere through the chimney.

Wood Sawdust Drying Machine by Sunco Machinery is ideal for drying wood sawdust with moisture content up to 40%-50%. After being dried, the moisture content of the wood sawdust can be less than 15% or as need which is suitable for producing wood pellets, etc.
