Wood Sawdust Dryer for making wood pellet

Wood Sawdust Dryer is ideal for drying wet sawdust with moisture content up to about 50%-60%. After being dried by the rotary sawdust dryer, the moisture content  can be less than 15% which is suitable for making wood pellets.

Wood Sawdust dryer machine is developed from rotary drum dryer. The wet wood sawdust is mainly dried inside the rotary drum by high temperature flue gas with temperature up to about 300-400 centigrades.

Wood sawdust dryer is well known as sawdust dryer, sawdust drying machine , rotary sawdust dryer, etc. Except to dry wood sawdust, it is also suitable for drying other biomass material such as wood shavings, wood chips, hay, oil palm fiber, etc.

For the heating methods to dry wood sawdust, usually there are two kinds.

One is direct heating type wood sawdust dryer which use hot flue gas to heat the wood sawdust directly. The other one is indirect heating type wood sawdust dryer which use the clean hot air to heat the wood sawdust.

The difference between the direct heating type wood sawdust dryer and indirect heating type wood sawdust dryer is : The indirect heating type wood sawdust dyer has a lower heat exchange efficiency, but the final dried wood sawdust is in very good quality without flue gas smell.
