In order to save the fuel consumption cost of chicken manure drying machine, you mentioned that firstly try to reduce the moisture content of fresh chicken manure to be about 60%, then use the manure dryer to dry it to moisture content about 13%-15%.

We still directly to process and dry the moisture content 70-75% wet chicken manure directly by the rotary manure dryer, but we also use some cheap biomass materials as fuel. 

We have one type of Biomass Furnace, and it can use biomass material such as corn cobs, wood chips, pulverized corn straw, branches, barks, palm kernal shells, coal, etc.

Except the coal, usually the above biomass materials is very cheap, thus if we also use them as fuel, it can help to much fuel cost.

Biomass Furnace is designed for burning biomass fuel such as corn cobs, wood chips, pulverized corn straw,branches, barks, palm kernal shells, coal, etc.

In actual production, according to your need, 

Choice 1: you can only use biomass material as fuel, 

Choice 2: you can only use natural gas as fuel.

Choice 3: you can meantime run Natural Gas Burner and Biomass Furnace.

For the natural gas burner, its heat output can be adjusted as need; 

For the Biomass Furnace, there is fuel feeding hopper, and by adjusting its fuel feeding quantity, its heat output can be adjusted as need.

To do it as the above mentioned , not only it can supply enough heat for the chicken manure dryer system, but meantime it can help to save much fuel cost than to only use natural gas as fuel.
