Features of Sawdust Flash Dryer

Sawdust Flash Dryer is also known as airflow sawdust dryer. Sawdust Flash Dryer can be used to process and dry the wet sawdust rapidly. Its manufacturing cost is cheaper, but its sawdust drying capacity usually is no more than 500 kg per hour.

Sawdust Flash Dryer has the features as follows:

1. High drying intensity: As the sawdust is scattered inside the sawdust flash dryer, the heat exchange between sawdust and hot air is sufficiently.

2. Short drying time.

3. Simple structure, less floor area needed, wasy installation and maintenance.

4. High production ratio, high heat efficiency up to 60%.

Sawdust Flash Dryer is suitable for drying sawdust in small capacity less than 1 tons per hour, and usually needs to process and dry the wet sawdust several times so as to reduce the sawdust moisture content to be less than 15%.

If want to dry the sawdust with high capacity, then rotary drum type sawdust dryers is the best choice, and its capacity varies from 1 ton per hour to 10 tons per hour or as need.  

With one time drying, for about 20 minutes, Rotary sawdust dryer can reduce the material moisture content to be less than 15%.  It is one continuous drying process, and very suitable for flow production line.
