Drying Capacity 4 t/h Sawdust Dryer Plant

Drying Capacity 4 t/h sawdust dryer plant can deal with intial moisture content 40-50%, and get output moisture content about 15-20% sawdust. This 4t/h sawdust dryer plant can get 2.5 ton dried sawdust per hour. 

For intial moisture content 40-50% with bulk density 308kg/m3, output moisture content about 20%, This 4 t/h sawdust drying plant can dry 4000kg wet sawdust per hour. After being dried, the moisture content of the sawdust can be less than 20%.

This 4 t/h sawdust drying plant is to use clean hot air to dry the wet sawdust, and the fuel is sawdust and cracked wood shavings.

During the sawdust drying process, this 4 t/h sawdust dryer plant sucessfully solve the dust pollution problem, and the dust emission can be less than 150mg/m3.

The main equipments of the 4 t/h sawdust drying plant is as follows:

1. Hopper: To store the wet sawdust.

2. Screw Conveyor: To feed wet sawdust into sawdust dryer machine.

3. Hot Air Furnace: To burn the fuel, and generate hot flue gas for drying sawdust.

4. 2.0X15M Rotary Sawdust Dryer: To heat and dry wet sawdust, and get rid of the water.

5. Discharging Device: Discharge the dry sawdust.

6. Induced Fan: To make the hot fuel gas into the sawdust dryer, and suck out the water vapor and exhaust air from the sawdust drum dryer in time.

7. Cyclone Dust Collector, etc.

For all the above equipments, total needs two 40'HQ Containers.
