Why not suggest the solar panels energy for Chicken Manure Dryer ?

Chicken Manure Dryer is designed for drying high humidity animal dung, and enough heat is one key factor. Sunco Machinery do not suggest to use the solar panel energy for the manure dryer system.

The moisture content of fresh chicken manure is up to about 70-75%, and usually the needed output moisture content is about 10-15%. In order to process and dry 1 tons wet chicken manure, needs to get rid of about 700 kgs water. The needed heat is about 600,000 Kcal. 

1 KW.H can generate about 860 kcal. As a result, in order to generate 600,000 Kcal heat, needs consume about 700 KW.H Electricity.

If run the chicken manure dryer on the solar panels energy, not only the invest on the solar panels energy will be rather much expensive, but also the price of sand dryer plant also is much more expensive.

For the solar panels energy, in China, usually its purchasing price is about USD0.58 per W (Watt), for the capacity 3 tons per hour sand dryer, the needed total power is 700KW, thus only the purchasing price of solar panels energy is up to USD406,000. 

Meantime, we have to consider the installation fees, maintenance fees, etc. 

What is more, the solor panels only can generate electricity in the daytime, and it is also influenced by the bad weather such as rainy, etc. It means that its electricity output capacity is not stable.

In China, usually it is to do it like this way,  to sell the electricity generated by the solar panels to the local power company, and when need to use electricity, to buy electricity from the local power company specially.

As a result, it is suggested to use coal, diesel or natural gas as fuel for the chicken manure drying system.
