High Temperature Flue Gas Drying Mode Sawdust Dryer

No matter the traditional single pass rotary sawdust dryer, or the triple pass rotary sawdust dryer, both of them is to use high temperature flue gas to heat the wet sawdust directly and quickly. The dried sawdust will have some smoke smell, and the color of the dried sawdust will be some changed from the original color. 


If use the dry sawdust to make biomass pellet, and it does not influence the quality of final product.


If use the dried sawdust as the animal bedding. Thus, it will influence the sale of the product.


Then how to solve this problem?


Sunco Machinery developed one new type sawdust dryer machine with clean hot air. The new type sawdust dryer is to use the clean hot air to dry the sawdust, and the hot flue gas does not contact the sawdust directly.


Inside this dryer, there are many small cabins.  Each small cabin can evaporate 100kg water into water vapour per hour.

This type sawdust dryer is to use the clean hot air to dry the sawdust. Inside this type sawdust dryer, there are multi bypass hot air channel.  Inside this type rotary dryer, these small cabins are installed longitudinally, and it can make the hot flue gas and sawdust move in different channels, and achieve the heat exchange between the sawdut and hot flue gas. What is more, it can make the hot flue gas and sawdust pass through the drum of the dryer several times in their own channels, thus it can use the heat sufficiently. 


At the end of this type sawdust dryer, we use two sets of draft fan. One draft fan is specially used to make the hot flue gas out of the rotary dryer, and another draft fan is specially used to make the water vapour out of the dryer in time.
