Emission of Sawdust dryer with wood fired furnace

Now people are paying more and more attention to the environment protecting. In industry, the emission standard is becoming more and more strict.

Considering the environment protection, the emission of sawdust dryer machine with wood fired furnace is one key factory for one unit of successful sawdust drying system.

Thus, Sunco Machinery designed one new type sawdust dryer with wood fired Furnace, and the emission of this new type sawdust dryer mainly are carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour. 

Then how does our sawdust dryer to do it ?

There is one induced draft fan specially for the hot air furnace and flue gas (smoke). The function of this draft fan mainly are:

>>>Make the cracked wood shavings and sawdust burn sufficiently,

>>> Make the hot flue gas (smoke) moves from one end of the sawdust dryer system to the another end of the dryer system.

>>> There is also one cyclone dust collector and chimney behind this draft fan. The hot flue gas mainly consist of some dust(fine ash) , carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour. Inside the cyclone dust collector, the dust (fine ash) is separated from the carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour.  The dust (fine ash) falls down and get out through the bottom of the cyclone dust collector, and you can load the dust (fine ash) into one bag. The carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour goes into atmosphere through the chimney.
