Sand Dryer System for sand coating

Sand Dryer System mainly consist of mechanical feeding hopper, input belt conveyor, vibrating screen, rotary sand dryer, burner, hot air furnace, induced draft fan, output belt conveyor, electric control box, dust catcher, etc.  The key equiment is sand dryer which is also called silica sand dryer, sand drying machine, etc.

Firstly input belt conveyor to transport the sand into the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen selects out the sand size as need.

Then the sand selected is transported into sand dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.

Burner and Hot air furnace supply the hot air for the sand dryer system. The fuel for the hot air furnace can be coal, natural gas, diesel,  waste wood, etc. The users can choose the fuel according to the actual situation.

Inside the rotary sand dryer , the wet sand is heated by the hot air. The mositure inside the wet sand is evaporated into water vapour.  Finally the dried sand goes out of the sand dryer as product, and the water vapour goes out through the chimney under the function of the high pressure draft fan.
