Alfalfa Dryer Common failure 1: 

Too high output moisture content of the product.

Causes:

1. The feeding hot air temperature is too low;

2. The wet alfalfa feeding quantity is too big;

3. The rotation speed of the dryer is too quick.

4. The air flow quantity is too big.

Elimination methods:

1. Add more fuel into the hot air furnace, and increase the feeding hot air temperature;

2. Reduce the wet alfalfa feeding quantity;

3. Reduce the rotation speed of the dryer drum;

4. Adjust the air valve of the high pressure draft fan, and then reduce the air flow quantity.

Alfalfa Dryer Common failure 2:

Too low output moisture content of the product

Causes:

1. The feeding hot air temperature is too high;

2. The wet alfalfa feeding quantity is too little;

3. The rotation speed of the dryer is too slow.

Elimination methods:

1. Reduce the fuel feeding quantity to the hot air furnace;

2. Increase the wet alfalfafeeding quantity;

3. Increase the rotation speed of the dryer drum.

Alfalfa Dryer Common failure 3:

Drum jump up and down

Causes:

The position of the carrier roller is changed .

Elimination methods:

Adjust the position of the carrier roller to the right position.

Alfalfa Dryer Common failure 4:

The water vapor (flue gas) contains many dust.

Causes:

There is air leakage phenomenon.

Elimination methods:

To check the connection parts of the air duct tube, and seal well the connection parts.
