Long Durable Stainless Steel Chicken Manure Dryer Machine

Wet Chicken Manure not only is with high humidity, but also it is corrosive to the steel plate, for the chicken manure drying machine's parts which contact the wet manure, to use stainless steel, it will be rather long durable.  

As you see, stainless steel is much more expensive than normal carbon steel, if 100% use stainless steel to manufacture the chicken manure dryer, then the related production cost is rather high.  In order to save the cost, meantime ensure the poultry manure dryers long durable, Sunco Machinery suggest it as follows:

For the related parts which contact the wet manure in the drying process, to use stainless steel. For the rest parts, still to use normal carbon steel. To do it in this way, not only the manure dryer machine is much more durable enough, but also the related manufacturing cost is less.

For the chicken manure dryer shown in the above photo, it is for our DRC Africa Customer, and the outer drum is made of Q235B Carbon Steel, its inner drum and inner chambers are made of 304 stainless steel. This designed capacity of this unit of chicken manure drying system is 10 tons per hour. 

For the chicken manure dryer, in order to achieve the targeted drying capacity, enough heat is one necessary factor. In other words, it will need to burn fuel to generate heat as need. Thus the fuel consumption occupy much of the operation cost of manure dryers.

If we can find ways to reduce the fuel consumption cost, then the chicken manure dryers can creat more economic benefits for you.   

Thus, if we can find ways to reduce some water from the wet manure, after that to use the manure dryer machine, it will be one possible good sulution. 

We can use dewatering machine mechanically process and get rid of some water from wet manure, and reduce its moisture content to be about 60% from 75% in advance, after that to feed the moisture content 60% wet manure into the chicken manure dryers.

For example, 

Input moisture content is 75%, output moisture content is 20%, input capacity is 1000 kg per hour, then output capacity is 310 kg per hour, water evaporation quantity is about 690 kg per hour.

Input moisture content is 60%, output moisture content is 20%, input capacity is 1000 kg per hour, then output capacity is 500 kg per hour, water evaporation quantity is about 500 kg per hour.

As a result, For input capacity 1000 kg per hour chicken manure dryer, if we can use dewatering machine to reduce the wet manure moisture content to be 60% from 75% before drying, every hour we can save the fuel to get rid of 190kg water accordingly.
