Work Flow of Wood Chips Drying Line

In this article, Sunco Machinery will explain the work flow of wood chips drying line in detail for the reference of wood chips drying machine customers.

Wood Chips dryer machine is ideal for processing and drying biomass material such as wood chip, wood shavings, sawdust, etc. For such type biomass material, it has the similar features of inner water, light material, etc.

Work Flow of Wood Chips Drying Line is as follows:

--- Diesel Burner and Hot Air Furnace are used to creat the high temperature air for the dryer machine.

--- Inlet belt conveyor sends wet wood chips into dryer through rotaty airlock valve.

--- Rotary Airlock Valve sends the wet wood chips into the dryer evenly, and also avoid the cold air into the dryer machine.

--- Rotary dryer not only supply the drying chamber, but also it help the hot air to heat and dry the wood chips sufficiently, and get rid of the water, and finally reduce the moisture content of the wood chips to the needed moisture content no more than 15% or as need.

--- Induced Draft fan makes the hot air into the dryer, and makes the exhaust air and water vapor out of the dryer in time, and goes into cyclone separator.

--- Inside the cyclone separator, the fine powder is separated from the exhaust air and water vapor. The fine powder collected by cyclone separator comes out through rotary airlock valve.

--- The exhaust air and water vapor leaves the cyclone separator through the top, then pass through the draft fan, and then goes into atmosphere through chimney.

--- Finally the dry wood chips leaves the dryer, and fall down onto the outlet belt conveyor. 

--- Outlet belt conveyor takes away the dry wood chips.

--- Electric Control Cabinet is used to control the above machines of wood chips drying line.
