New Type Wood Sawdust Drying Machine

Wood Sawdust Drying Machine usually is called rotary sawdust dryer. It is to use the high tempeature air to heat the wet wood sawdust. When the rotary sawdust dryer is rotating, the wet sawdust is mixed with the hot air fully, and thus the moisture inside the sawdust is evaporated into water vapour gradually. 

There is one induced draft fan which suck out the water vapour, then the water vapour with exhaust air goes into cyclone dust separator. Under the action of cyclone dust separator, the fine dust is collected, after that it goes through the induced fan, then pass through the chimney, finally goes into the atmposphere. 

Wood Sawdust Drying Machine is use high temperature air to heat and dry wet sawdust quickly, and the related fuel choice can be coal, waste wood, diesel, natural gas, etc. You can select the most cheap fuel according to your actual situaltion.  For one successful set of wood sawdust drying machine's operation cost, fuel consumption occupy much of the related cost.

In the wood sawdust drying machine, there are many welded lifting plates with different slope, when the dryer drum is rotating, these lifting plates shovel up and down the wet sawdust, during this process, the wet sawdust is heated by high tempeature air sufficiently. Meantime, these lifting plates push the sawdust moving to the outlet end of the sawdust dryer.

Finally the dry sawdust come out through the dryer outlet, and to be taken away by the output belt conveyor, for next step production such as biomass pellet, compressed board, etc.
