Sunco Machinery will illustrate the work flow of Oil Palm Fiber Drying System in this article, and the key equipment is rotary oil palm fiber dryer machine.
1. Shredder makes the size about 10-15cm oil palm fiber to be less than 5cm, so that the oil palm fiber can have better flow ability, and meantime can be heated and dried by high temperature air sufficiently, accordingly to have the better heat exchanging efficiency.
2. Natural Gas Burner and Hot Air Furnace creats the high temperature hot air for the oil palm fiber drying system, and the related heat input can be adjusted as actual need.
3.High Temperature Resistant Draft Fan makes the hot air and the wet oil palm fiber into the dryer smoothly, and meantime let the hot air to contact and heat the wet oil palm fiber strongly.
4. The total length of the dryer machine is 33m, it can supply enough drying space and time for input capacity 10 tons per hour. Inside the dryer, there are many lifting plates and other related device which can help to disperse the oil palm fiber sufficiently, so that there is more heat contact area with the hot air, what is more, when the dryer is rotating, the oil palm fiber is shovelked up and down, and moving to the discharging end of the dryer.
When the wet oil plam fiber is heated by hot air, its temperature rise and accordingly the water is evaporated into vapor gradually.
Finally when the oil palm fiber leaves the dryer, its moisture content is reduced to be about 10% as need.
5. Under the action of induced fan, the water vapor is sucked out of the dryer in time.
6. Inside the cyclone dust separator, some fine powder is collected, and the fine powder come out through the rotary airlock valve.
7. Exhaust Air and Vapor finally pass through the induced fan, and goes into atmosphere.
8. Output Belt Conveyor takes the dry oil palm fiber away from the dryer, and sends it into the following grinding mill for make powder.
9. Electric Control Cabinet is used to control the whole oil palm fiber drying system.
