Sawdust Dryer System

For one unit of Sawdust dryer System, except the key equipment rotary sawdust dryer, it mainly includes hopper, input belt conveyor, output belt conveyor, hot air furnace, air duct, induced draft fan, chimney,  electric control cabinet, etc.

Sawdust Dryer System Work Flow is as follows:

Wet sawdust ---> Mechanical Feeding Hopper ---> Input Belt Conveyor ---> Rotary Sawdust dryer ---> Cyclone Separator --> Induced Draft Fan -->Output Belt Conveyor--> Dried Sawdust 

Burner and hot air furnace supply the high temperature air for the sawdust drying system.

Inside the sawdust dryer, the wet sawdust contact with the hot air temperature sufficiently. Under the action of lifting plates, when the dryer is rotating, the wet sawdust is shoveled up and down, moving to the discharging end of the dryer, during this process, the moisture inside the sawdust is evaporated into water vapour gradually.

At the end of the sawdust dryer plant, there is one induced draft fan. This induced draft fan sucks the water vapour out of the sawdust dryer in time. Finally the water vapour is separated from the dust inside the cyclone dust separator, and goes into the atmosphere directly. 

Dried sawdust goes out of the sawdust dryer from the discharge hole, and to be taked away by output belt conveyor.
