New Type Alfalfa Dryer Machine

Sunco Machinery designed one new type alfalfa dryer machine based on the years' research and actual grass drying experience. New type alfalfa dryer machine is ideal for drying high humidity hay quickly and continuously in bulk production.

New Type alfalfa dryer is to use the high temperature hot air to heat and dry the wet alfalfa quickly and continuously. Inside the rotary alfalfa dryer, there are many lifting plates with special slope. When the alfalfa dryer machine is rotating, the wet alfalfa is shovelled up and down, and moves to the outlet end of the dryers.  

Under the action of induced fan, the high temperature hot air is sucked into the dryer drum, and pass through the alfalfa. During this process, the wet alfalfa is heated by hot air, and its temperature rises quickly, then the inner water is gradually evaporated into vapor, and finally also is to be sucked out by the induced fan in time.

After being dried by the alfalfa dryer machine, the moisture content of dried alfalfa can be reduced to be less than 20% or as need. The needed drying time only takes about 20-25 minutes, then can get the dry hay.

New Type Alfalfa Dryer adopts high temperature quick drying methods, thus it is suitable for flow line in bulk drying process.  After being processed by alfalfa dryer machine, the grass is still in green color, and its taste is good, and most of the nutrition is kept,  except the water is got rid of.
