How to increase the drying capacity of Slag Dryer Machine ?

Then, how to increase the drying capacity of Slag Dryer Machine ?

Slag dryer also is called Rotary Slag Dryer, Slag Drying Machine, etc, and it is disigned to dry mineral material with surface water and less humidity. When running slag dryer, due to different reasons, it may cause poor slag drying capacity, and seriously affect the production efficiency.

Slag Dryer is the key equipment for the slag drying project. First of all, the slag dryer should be with reasonable structure, and can ensure the high heat exchanging efficiency, and supply the enough drying space and water evaporation space.

For New Type Rotary Slag Dryer by Sunco Machinery, it is with 7 inner chambers and adopts triple pass design. In the drying process, the slag pass through the dryer drum 3 times, and come to high temperature zone two time. In other words, for same length of the dryer drum, compared with single pass slag dryer, the new type triple pass slag dryer is drying time is 3 times more, thus can have higher heat efficiency.

Slag Dryer is to use high temperature air to heat and dry the wet slag continuously and quickly. Then, the related hot air system should can creat enough heat for the slag drying system.  

When the wet slag is heated by high temperature air,  the slag temperature rises quickly, then the water is evaporated out to be vapor.  The Vapor needs to be sucked out and leave the slag dryer machine in time.

Then, the matched induced fan with enough air flow is necessary.  Generally, it is suggested to use induced fan with frequency conversion motor, and the related air flow volume can be adjusted easily according to the actual need.

What is more, the related air duct should be under good sealing condition, and avoid the cold ambient air come into the slag drying machine.
