Chicken Manure Dewatering Machine for Chicken Manure Dryer System

For drying fresh chicken manure with moisture content up to about 75-80% directly, before to use the chicken manure dryer machine, it is more economical to use chicken manure dewatering machine to reduce some water and make the manure moisture content to be less than 60% in advance.

To do it in this way, we can produce more dried manure, meantime with less fuel consumption.

The working principle of chicken dewatering machine is as follows:

There is one manure pool to store the liquid chicken manure, and use slurry pump to feed the liquid manure into the chicken manure dewatering machine. Inside the chicken manure dewatering machine there is screw device working with stainless screen to squeeze the water out of wet manure, then the water flow back to the manure pool, the solid manure falls down to the ground, and its temperature is about 60%. Now it is not so sticky, and more suitable to be dried by Chicken Manure Dryer.

Chicken Manure Dryer Machine is developed and optimized from rotary drum dryer, and it is also well kown as poultry manure dryer.  It is to use high temperature flue gas to heat and dry the wet manure quickly and continuously. After the manure drying process, the final moisture content of chicken manure can be less than 20%，or as your need.
