Sunco Machinery Chicken Manure Dryer can process and dry the moisture content 70-75% fresh chicken manure directly, and finally can get moisture content 13% dried chicken manure after one time drying. The manure drying time takes about 20-25 minutes, and the manure drying process is continuously.

For the moisture content 70-75% fresh chicken manure, no special dewatering device is needed. Thus it also get rid of the waste water pollution by the dewatering device. After being dried by the rotary poultry manure dryer machine, the nutrition is not destroyed, and the dried chicken manure is very ideal for organic fertilizer and animal feed.

As the fresh chicken manure is with high humidity, thus in order to get rid of the water, much heat is needed, and it means that needs to burn big quantity of fuel to creat the heat, thus the fuel consumtion is high.

If the clients can compost and ferment the wet poultry manure, and reduce its moisture content to be about 40-50% in advance, and after that to use the rotary chicken manure dryer machine, then it can help to save much fuel cost, and meantime can get more dry manure production capacity.

For example,  when input moisture content is 75%, output moisture content is 15%, input capacity is 1000 kg per hour, then every hour needs to get rid of 700kg water from the manure, and finally can get 300kg dried manure per hour. Thus the needed heat quantity is about 500,000 Kcal Per hour.

when input moisture content is 50%, output moisture content is 15%, input capacity is 1000 kg per hour, then every hour needs to get rid of 400kg water from the manure, and finally can get 600kg dried manure per hour. Thus the needed heat quantity is about 300,000 Kcal Per hour.

As you see, for the same input capacity with different initial moisture content, when the input moisture content is 50%, it can get 300kg more dried manure, but meantime the needed heat quantity is 200,000 Kcal per hour less.
