Poultry Manure dryer also is called chicken manure dryer, animal manure drying machine, etc, and it is used to drying high humidity wet manure quickly and continuously in bulk production, and not influenced by the weather.

Here we take diameter 1.0m, length 10m chicken manure dryer as one sample. Daily capacity is 8-10 tons. Related equipments includes Hot air furnace, screw conveyor, discharge feeder, high efficiency cyclone dust collector, Induced draft fan, blower, air duct tube, rotation speed adjustable motor, motor, reducer machine, chimney, electric control box, etc.  

Floor size : 7x18m, total power: 17.5kw, daily coal consumption 1-1.5t, daily work 24 hours, needs 6 workers.

Here we make the dried chicken manure capacity to be 9 tons per day.

Fresh chicken manure needed per day: 60 RMB X 20 CBM (In China, it is about 60 RBM PER CBM FRESH CHICKEN MANURE)= 1200RMB

Electricity Consumption per day: 17.5kw x 0.7RMB X 24 Hours = 294 RMB

Coal Consumption per day : 1.5 tons x 1000 RMB/ton = 1500 RMB

Salary per day: 6 workers x 80RMB/worker = 480RMB

Bags for dried chicken manure : 25RMB Per ton dried chicken manure x 9 tons = 225RMB

Cost per day: 1200RMB+294RMB +1500RMB + 480RMB +225RMB = 3699RMB

Cost per ton dried chicken manure : 3699RMB/9 Tons = 411RMB PER Ton dried chicken manure

Market Price of Dried Chicken Manure is about 600 RMB PER TON.

Sales Revenue per day: 600RMB X 9 TON = 5400 RMB

Profit per day: 5400RMB - 3699 RMB = 1701 RMB

Profit per ton: 1701 RMB/ 9 TONS = 189 RMB

If every year work 180 days, profit per year is : 180 x 1701= 306180 RMB 

Management Cost per year : 306180 RMB x 5% = 15309 RMB

Selling Expense per year : 306180 RMB x 10% = 30618 RMB

Pure profit per year : 306180 -15309 - 30618 = 260253RMB
