Silica Sand Rotary Drum Dryer

Just as its name implies, Silica Sand Rotary Drum Dryer is one type of rotary dryers, and it is specially for drying river sand, silica sand, frac sand, etc.

Silica Sand Rotary Drum Dryer is the key sand drying equipment of sand drying system, and it can dry sand in different capacity from 1 ton per hour to 30 tons per hour or as need. Except the silica sand dryer, the other matched equipments mainly are mechanical feeding hopper, belt conveyor, cyclone dust separator,  bucket elevator, vibrating screen, silo, induced draft fan, pulse bag filter, etc.  

For Sand Rotary Drum Dryer, according to the inner design, mainly have two types: Single Drum Dryer and Triple Pass Sand Rotary Dryer.  Single drum dryer is more simple and cheaper, and triple pass sand rotary dryer is with compact structure and high heat efficiency.

>>>1/3 of the single drum dryer's coal consumption,  power saving 40%, standard coal consumption per ton dried sand < 16 kg.
