This type chicken manure dryer is suitable for high moisture content fresh chicken manure about 70-75%, and after being dried by the chicken manure dryer, the quality of the chicken manure do not change, and the output moisture contant can be less than 13% which is suitable for storage and transportation.  After being dried by the chicken manure dryer, the dried chicken manure is in shape of graininess.

Usually to use screw conveyor to feed wet chicken manure into the chicken manure dryer machine.

Hot Air Furnace is to burn the fuel, and creat hot flue gas for the poultry manure drying system.

In the rotary chicken manure dryer, the wet manure is heated sufficiently by hot flue gas and hot dryer body, and the water is evaporated out into vapor gradually, and finally to be sucked out by the induced draft fan.

After being dried by the chicken manure dryer, the dried chicken manure can be storaged for 6 month, and the quality do not change. The dried chicken manure is suitable for fertilizer, animal feed, etc.

Poultry manure dryer machine is to use high temperature air to heat and dry the fresh chicken manure directly. Inside the chicken manure dryer, there are special lifting plates and crushing device which helps to disperse the wet chicken manure, so that there is enough contact area between the hot air and wet manure, and the wet chicken manure can be heated sufficiently, then the water is evaporated into vapor, and the chicken manure moisture content is reduced to be 13-15% or as need.
