Airflow sawdust dryer Rotary Sawdust Dryer
If the initial moisture content of wet sawdust is less than 30%, and the needed output moisture content is about 15-20%, and the input capacity is about 500kg per hour, then you can choose the airflow small sawdust dryer.
If the initial moisture content of wet sawdust is about 40-50%, and the needed output moisture content is about 10-15%, and the input capacity is about 1000kg per hour, then you can choose the rotary drum type small sawdust dryer machine.
Airflow type small sawdust dryer is very simple and much cheaper, but its processing and sawdust drying capacity is lower, sometime even need to dry the wet sawdust several times so that can achieve the targeted output moisture content. What is more, its heat efficiency is lower, and much of the heat is lost, and the related energy consumption is higher.
Rotary drum type small sawdust dryer machine is with more advanced technology and compact structure, its manufacturing cost is higher, but its sawdust drying capacity is higher, and within one time can achieve the needed output moisture content. What is more, its heat efficiency is higher, and the related energy consumption is less.
