Chicken manure dryer machine also is kown as poultry manure drying machine, rotary manure drier, etc, and combinning the reasonable inner structure which is designed according to the features of wet manure, it is to use high temperature air to heat and dry the fresh chicken manure directly. The whole manure drying process is continuously, and the manure drying time inside the dryer is only about 25-30 minutes, then can produce the dry manure with moisture content less than 20% or as need. 

For the new type chicken manure drying system, it is a flow line. The wet manure is fed into the dryer cylinder continuously, after the drying process, the dried manure comes out of the dryer cylinder continuously.  It is suitable for continuous manure drying process, and can help to achieve assemble production line.

5. Achieve the dry and wet manure mixing inside the drum, solve the problem of material adhesion .

After being dried, the dry manure can be made into pellets, then pack it into bags, and to be sold as organic fertilizer, feed, etc. Dried chicken manure contains much organic matters, and N,P,K, and not only can supply necessary nutrition for the plants, but also can help to improve soil quality.
