Cassava Dregs Dryer Machine

Cassava Dregs Dryer Machine is used to dewater and dry high humidity material such as cassava dregs, bean dregs, etc, and it adopts direct drying mode by using high temperature flue gas.

Then how to select the suitable Cassava Dregs Dryer machine ?

As the wet cassava dregs will has mellow effect ripening in the high temperature during drying process, the cassava dregs then will be very sticky and it is very easy to become lumps which is very bad for the drying efficiency of the cassava dregs dryer machine.  What is more, wet cassava dregs is in high humidity up to about 70%-80% moisture content.

According to the features of wet cassava dregs mentioned above, Sunco Machinery created one new type cassava dregs dryer machine.  In order to solve these problems, we use different type cassava dregs drying machine to dry the wet cassava dregs in two steps:

A. Use the paddle type dryer to dry the wet cassava dregs firstly. 

On the inner wall of the paddle type cassava dregs dryer there are many welded guide plate, also there is one paddle type shaft which is installed in the center of the dryer drum. 

When the paddle type cassava dregs dryer machine is rotating, the paddle type shaft also is rotating quickly. The guide plate and the high rotation speed paddle type shaft make the wet cassava dregs more loosened, and thus increase the contact area between the wet cassava dregs and hot air as much as possible, and then increase the heat exchange efficiency between the wet cassava dregs and hot air as much as possible.

As a result, many of the humidity of the wet cassava dregs is evaporated into water vapor in the paddle type cassava dregs dryer. 

When the cassava dregs leaves the paddle type cassava dregs drying machine, and then goes into the triple pass rotary dryer, the cassava dregs is not so sticky, and then the work performance of the triple  pass rotary dryer will be with much better work performance.

Please note that the paddle type cassava dregs dryer machine mainly is used to solve the cassava dregs lumps problem, and reduce the moisture content to be about 40%,

B. Use the triple pass rotary dryer to dry the cassava dregs, and reduce the moisture content from 40% to about 15%. 

Supplying the room for drying the cassava dregs. The cassava dregs goes through the drum three times, and come to the high temperature zone two times. Thus, it not only increase much of the drying time, but also use the heat much more sufficiently. 

After being dried by the triple pass rotary cassava dregs dryer, finally we get  moisture content about 13%-15% dried cassava dregs.  For such humidity of dry cassava dregs, it is suitable for next step processing such as feed pellet production, packing, etc.
