Features of New Type Chicken Manure Dryer

In the market, for the drying equipment of chicken manure, mainly there are two types: Mesh Belt type manure dryer and rotary type manure drier. 

Mesh belt type poultry manure dryer is to use waste hot air of the chicken farm to blow the wet manure on the mesh belt continuously. Comparing to rotary chicken manure dryer, not only its invest cost is high, but its drying time is rather long up to about 20-24 hours.  Finally much of the manure is still in lump type, and the moisture content of the dry manure is not stable. Especially sometime the inner of manure still is wet.  The advantages of mesh belt type manure dryer is that its energy consumption is lower.

For the rotary type chicken manure dryer, it is to use high temperature flue gas to heat and dry the wet manure, thus there is special burner and hot air furnace which is to burn the fuel to generate the heat for the manure drying system.  Enough heat is one key point for ensuring the drying capacity of the poultry manure drying machine.

If possible, if you can compost the chicken manure and reduce its moisture content to be about 40-50%, after that to use the chicken manure dryers, as less water needs to be evaporated and got rid of, thus the related fuel consumption will be less, then the operation cost of the drying project is less too, and can have more production capacity and economic benefit.
