Why not use belt conveyor for chicken manure dryer machine ?

For the chicken manure dryer machine, how to select the suitable related equipments ? The related manure feeding euipments also are very important factors for the drying manure efficiency of the chicken manure dryer.   

As wet chicken manure is sticky and high humidity up to 75% moisture content,  for the feeding device of chicken manure dryer, screw conveyor is very suitable for conveying the wet poultry manure.

As the dried chicken manure is dispersive, for the discharging machine of rotary poultry manure dryer, belt conveyor is more suitable and rather durable. What is more, Belt conveyor is some less expensive than the screw conveyor.

>>> Before the wet poultry manure enter the screw conveyor, the users should make the necessary arrangement, in order to avoid large impurities or fiber impurities goes into the screw conveyor, and ensure the screw conveyor can work normally.

>>>When starting, the users should ensure that it is no-load starting; when parking, the users should make sure there is not manure staying in the screw conveyor.

>>> When the screw conveyor is running, if find that there are big impurities like stones, bricks,etc in the screw conveyor, the users should stop the screw conveyor, and take out the big impurities.

>>> When transporting the large viscosit and high moisture chicken manure, the users should often clean the adhesion manure and avoid the block.
