Equipment for the dehydration of alfalfa

For the alfalfa dehydration equipment which is also called rotary alfalfa dryer machine , it is designed to dry the humidity 75-80% alfalfa directly, and after being dried, the humidity of the alfalfa can be 10-12%. 

The features of our alfalfa drying machine is high temperature, fast drying, environment friendly, energy saving. After being dried, the crude protein of the alfalfa can be up to 22%, and the alfalfa is still in green color. Our alfalfa drying system is designed to dry the alfalfa in large quantity. 

There are boiler (hot air furnace with wood pellets as fuel) for the alfalfa dehydration equipment.

In our alfalfa drying system, there are temperature test sensors to test and show the drying temperature near the dryer inlet and outlet. We can control the drying temperature by adjust the fuel feeding and the air volume of the induced draft fan. With certain drying temperature and drying time, then we can get the 10-12% humidity alfalfa.

Maxium capacity of th alfalfa dryer can be 10 t/h (wet alfalfa), 240 t/h per day (wet alfalfa).

Installation and Commissioning and technical support of the alfalfa dryer machine:

Sunco Machinery will send the engineer to guide the users to install the machine, take trial run, the user should appoint some workers to finish the main job and prepare the materials and the installation tools needed. 

Provide technology support during daily running; If necessary and under request the seller can send engineers to remove disorders on machines; provide spare parts; others if necessary and reasonable.

Packing of alfalfa dehydration equipment: 

All goods will be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. Small parts like motor, roller and belt of belt conveyor, foundation bolts will be loaded by case and large parts like body of alfalfa drying machine will be packed by nylon canvas bags.
