What is Working Principle of Chicken Manure Dryer Machine ?

Everyday in the world some many chicken farms will creat huge quantity of fesh chicken manure, without the suitable dewatering and process, not only it will disseminate infection to the birds, but also it will cause serious flies problem and pollute the air and underground water.

Chicken manure dryer machine by Sunco Machinery is specially designed and optimized for drying high humidity poultry manure or fermented/compost manure, and for the different type of manure with different humidity and physical form, the related design of the rotary manure dryer also needs to be designed accordingly, so that can have high heat exchanging efficiency and output capacity.

Chicken manure dryer machine also is called poultry manure dryer, rotary manure drying machine, etc, and it is developed and optimized on the base of rotary drum dryer.  With good understanding of the working principle of chicken manure dryer machine, it can helps to operate the manure driers rightly with better work performance and long durability.

The working principle of rotary chicken manure dryer is as follows:

Inside the dryer cylinder, there are many welded lifting boards with certain angles, and it can help to disperse the wet manure into smaller size as much as possible, what is more, espeically for wet fresh chicken manure, as its moisture content up to about 75% and rather sticky, then near the inlet of the manure dryer there is paddle type crushing device which helps to make the lump type manure into small size.

Usually the burner and hot air furnace is used to burn the fuel, and creat the hot flue gas for the poultry manure drying system.  For the manure driers, there is a wide fuel choice such as coal, waste wood, wood pellets, diesel, or natural gas, etc. The users can select the cheapest fuel accordingly.

Under the action of induced draft fan, the hot flue gas is sucked into the chicken manure dryer machine, the hot flue gas temperature is up to about 400 centigrade. High temperature flue gas not only contact and heat the wet manure, but also it will heat the dryer cyclinder.

For the poultry manure dryer machine, consider the sticky and high humidity wet manure,  without preheating the dryer body sufficiently, it will cause more and more wet manure adhered on the inner wall the manure dryer cylinder, and then it will cause that when the manure leaves the dryer, it is still wet.

Thus before feeding wet manure into the dryer, need to preheat the maure dryer body in advance for about 10 minutes, and when the inlet temperature of the dryer is up to about 150 centigrades, then begin to feed wet manure into the dryer, and at the beginning not feed too much wet manure into the dryer, then according to the output moisture content of the manure, gradually feed more and more wet manure until up to the targed drying capacity.

When the wet manure input capaicty and heat input quantity are certain, then by adjusting the rotation speed of the chicken manure dryer drum, to increase or reduce the related manure drying time accordingly. The higher the rotation speed of chicken manure dryer, the less the manure drying time; The lower the rotation speed of the poultry manure dryer machine, the longer the manure drying time.

The users can easily to adjust the chicken manure dryer rotation speed, to have higher or lower moisture content.
