Frac Sand Dryer with high drying capacity

Fracturing sand is a kind of high-purity quartz sand, which is processed through the production process of raw ore → pre-selection and screening → scrubbing → desliming → coarse particle classification → fine particle classification → magnetic separation → concentration → dewatering screen → frac sand dryer machine→ screening → finished product with pure physical and zero pollution. 

Frac sand has ultra-high compression resistance and extremely high roundness, and is mainly used in the industrial fields of oil and natural gas, When exploiting oil and natural gas, energy companies inject fracturing fluid into oil and gas reservoirs through high-pressure water pumps to obtain oil and gas resources. 

At present, the fracturing sand on the market mainly includes quartz sand, metal aluminum ball, glass ball, steel ball, ceramsite sand, etc., of which the market share of quartz sand accounts for 50%.

As you see, before to screening and classified the frac sand into different size ranges, it needs to be dried by the frac sand dryer machine, and to get rid of the water, and finally get the dry product.

For the frac sand production process, frac sand dryer is one key equipment. Frac sand dryer also is called silica sand dryer, rotary quartz sand dryer, etc. It is developed from the rotary drum dryer, and according to the features of frac sand, adopts new designed inner structure and hot air system.
