Alfalfa Dryer System for forage production

The work flow of alfalfa dryer system is as shown follows:

>>> Alfalfa Knead Machine pulversize the fresh alfalfa into small pieces less than 10cm so that the alfalfa dryer machine can heat and dry it evenly. 

Because for the stem and leaves, as you see, the leaves are easily to be dried than the stem, and the stem needs longer drying time. After pulversie the fresh alfalfa into silimilar size, then the smaller pieces alfalfa would move with similar speed inside the dryer cyclinder, and can be dried more sufficiently and evenly.

>>> The smaller size pieces of alfalfa goes into the alfalfa dryer by rotary airlock valves evenly. Rotary airlock valve also help to avoid the cold ambient air into the drying system.

>>> Buner and Hot air furnace creat the hot flue gas for the alfalfa dryer. The fuel for the hot air furnace is according to the actual situation, and the clients can select the most economical one, such as waste wood, diesel, natural gas, biomass pellet, etc.

>>> There are two induced draft fan, one is used to make the hot flue gas out of the alfalfa dryer, the another one is used to make the dried alfalfa and water vapour out of the alfalfa dryer in time. 

>>> Inside the cyclone separator, the water vapour is separated from the dried alfalfa. The water vapour goes into atmosphere through the induced draft fan, and the dried alfalfa falls down and go out through the discharge feeder evenly.

>>> Output belt conveyor takes away the dry alfalfa to the packing and storage area.

>>> Electric control panel is used to control the whole alfalfa dryer system.
