Wood shavings drying system for biomass materials

Usually wet biomass material such as wood shavings, wood chips, sawdust is with high humidity, usually up to about 50-60%, and without drying, it can not be used directly.

If the humidity is too high, then it will cause the hardeness of pellets too low, and its calorific value is also lower; If the humidity is too low, then it will increase the pellet processing difficulty, and the pellet breakage ratio is higher, what is more, in the process of biomass pellet pressing process it will generate high temperature, thus the sawdust maybe charred and become black, and surely will infleunce the final quality of biomass pellets.
