First of all, in the process of sand dehydration and drying, the effect of sand dehydration and drying is mainly achieved through the heat exchange between wet sand and high-temperature air flow. If the ventilation volume of the sand dehydrator is too large, the sand and hot air in the drum of the sand dryer machine will be sucked away before they can fully heat and mass transfer, which will seriously affect the efficiency of sand dehydration and drying, not only greatly reducing the output of the sand dryer machine, but also increasing the fuel cost.
Secondly, if the air volume inside the sand dryer machine is too small, the wet hot air in the dryer cannot be sent away in time after the full heat exchange between the sand with high humidity and the high-temperature air flow, which will seriously affect the dehydration efficiency of the sand dryer machine, thus reducing the output, and also affecting the quality of the sand after dehydration. Therefore, adjusting and supply the proper air volume of the sand dryer machine is the key factor to ensure the sand drying efficiency and quality.
Thirdly, during the operation of the sand dryer machine, uneven feeding of wet sand by the staff will also affect the ventilation of the sand dryer. The reasone is that , if the workers feed too much wet sand into the sand dryer, the sand cannot be fully contacted with the hot air, resulting in incomplete dehydration, which ultimately affects the output and quality of the sand dryer machine. At the same time, in the case of too little feeding of wet sand, it is easy to form the internal material cutoff of the sand dryer machine, thus causing a large loss of heat and increasing fuel costs.
In one word, we must ensure good ventilation effect when using the sand dryer machine. During the sand dewatering and drying operation, pay attention to observe whether there is air leakage at the joints of each pipe of the host machine. Once it is found that the sealing condition is poor, it should be repaired in time to avoid affecting the output due to poor ventilation effect of the sand dryer machine.
